Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT staffing, sourcing, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
