Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for open positions.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like TA.
