Junior Human Resources ExecutiveWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to support Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) activities within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding activities, employee engagement initiatives, and assisting in training and development programs.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, coordination abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
*Prepare job postings and post them in job portals.
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and junior positions.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
* Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
* Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
* Follow up with selected candidates for offer acceptance and joining formalities.
* Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Learning & Development (L&D):
* Coordinate employee training programs and learning sessions.
* Maintain training attendance and training records.
* Assist in identifying training needs across departments.
* Collect feedback and prepare training effectiveness reports.
* Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
* Coordinate internal and external training schedules.
HR Operations Support:
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Support HR team in day-to-day activities.
* Prepare HR-related reports and MIS as required.
Ensure timely communication with employees and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
* Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Additional Requirement:
Candidates residing within a 5 KM radius from the office location will be preferred.
Candidates having convenient Metro connectivity to the office location are also preferred for ease of commute.
