Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Manage onboarding process for new employees, including joining formalities and induction program.
* Handle grievances and ensure timely resolution through effective grievance handling mechanisms.
* Oversee attendance management, leave management, payroll processing, and payroll management to ensure compliance with company policies.
* Ensure smooth exit process by coordinating with departing employees and conducting exit interviews.
