Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, and social platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
HR Operations:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Support HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of HR tools/ATS and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling both recruitment and HR operations roles
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
