Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements :

1-10 years of experience in IT recruitment or human resources.
Strong understanding of technical hiring processes and IT sourcing techniques.
Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct thorough screenings and shortlisting candidates.
