Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our HR team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement. You will work closely with the TA team to support end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist in employer branding activities, recruitment drives, and other TA initiatives
Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields)
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ATS is a plus
