REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 3+years.
- Hands-on experience in MIS, reporting, or data analytics roles.
- Strong working experience in HR audits.
- Good understanding of HR processes, audits, and compliance.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation as per company standards.
- Support HR automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports with high accuracy
- Handle large volumes of HR data using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and process compliance.
- Ensure HR processes adhere to company policies and labor laws.
- Support HR automation and process improvement initiatives.
