Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Support lateral & campus hiring for niche tech roles
  Eg: AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity
  
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals
  
• Coordinate college drives, internship programs, walk-ins
  
• Assist in JD creation, screening, interview scheduling
  
• Support training programs, onboarding & fresher enablement
  
• Manage LMS content, certifications, learning calendars
  
• Work on HRMS, HR dashboards, reports & automation tools
  
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, HR bots) for hiring

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA HR / MSW / Final-year graduates or Recent graduates
  
• Strong interest in Recruitment, L&D, T&D & Automation
  
• Good communication & stakeholder coordination
  
• Comfortable with Excel, basic analytics
  
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, Gen-Z mindset
  
• Exposure to ATS / LMS / AI tools is a plus
  
• Ready to work in a fast-paced hiring environment

Note: Internship & Conversion Details:

This is a paid internship for a duration of 3 months. Upon successful completion of the internship and based on performance evaluation, selected interns may be considered for suitable full-time roles within the organisation and will be absorbed as regular employees as per company policies.
