Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and update HR MIS reports
- Manage employee data, attendance, and onboarding status
- Complete documentation and verification for new joiners
- Handle end-to-end onboarding processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in recruitment coordination and basic hiring processes
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Good understanding of MIS and data handling
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Additional Requirements:
