Job Description
What You Will Do
- Source top talent for technology-driven roles across multiple business units.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate pipelines.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social sourcing, to identify candidates across platforms.
- Build and maintain competitor intelligence and talent communities.
- Leverage data and insights to influence sourcing decisions and improve TA metrics.
- Manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, providing clear updates and market intelligence.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the TA team to refine sourcing strategies and share best practices. #LI-MP1
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, ideally in technology or product-driven environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making and using analytics to improve outcomes.
- Expertise in Boolean search, social sourcing, and leveraging professional networks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Experience sourcing for engineering, product, or SaaS roles.
