a. Prepare a Drawing in AutoCAD OR guide the draftsman to do so.
b. Prepare a Bill of Quantity basis the drawing
c. Prepare a Bill of Material for the RFQ.
d. Prepare a Cost Estimate for the RFQ after consulting SCM for Raw Material /
Production Lead time / Logistics costs / Validity.
e. Prepare a Technical Datasheet for the RFQ
f. Prepare a Quotation with relevant Customer details.
g. Prepare the entire Proposal documents.
3.Post Sales
a. On winning a project, gather the below, before raising the Job order to the factory.
b. Preparing the Profit Summary of the Project
c. Checking the Shop Drawing before sending to plant.
d. Helping the Sales Support team to release the Work Order.
e. Resolving the queries raised from the plant.
