Job Description
80 % OFFICE BASED ROLE & 20%SITE SURVEY (AS REQUIRED).
Responsible for handling Estimation enquiries related to MEP/HVAC field.
-Handling all technical enquiries from Clients.
-Floating RFQ and enquiring to Vendors for Quotes.
-Preparation of BOQ, Cost Estimation, and Submission of Quotations to client. -Must have knowledge of all materials and their costing.
-Able to do Site Survey and understand the work scope (iF REQUIRED)
-Able to read drawing and tender docs and raise and reply to technical and commercial queries. Able to attend techno commercial negotiations.
