Job Description for Engineering Director with M. ARCH (Master of ARCH) Qualification We are looking for a skilled Engineering Director with M. ARCH Qualification & 15 to 20 years of well experience who will Coordinate between all stakeholders, Clients in India & Riyadh - KSA for Planning to Implementation. In this position he will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with Project Stakeholders, Managing Project timelines, and ensuring that all the Project activities are completed as per the Schedule. Job Description Coordinate and oversee Engineering Projects from conception to completion Collect requirements data from in-house department managers Communicate with client / on-site coordinators to arrange for the requested data. Follow up with client for timely reminders regarding requested data. Communicate with Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Monitor Project Progress and make adjustments as necessary to. ensure timely completion Ensure that Client in-house team & on-site team are working with the correct data. Prepare and submit project status reports to management and other stakeholders Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise Act as the communication bridge between on-site & off-site team Knowledge of International Codes (American / British) experience in Gulf Country Projects Key Skills Proven experience as Engineering & Construction Director or similar role with M. ARCH (Master in ARCH) qualification. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Ability to plan and see the "big picture" Excellent organizational and time-management skills Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Excellent problem-solving ability A team player with leadership skills BE in construction management, architecture, engineering or relevant field Proven experience working on construction projects Knowledge of building codes and regulations Experience in project management software Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail PMP certification is an advantage Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong knowledge in Change Management, Revision Management / Stakeholder Management Well experienced in BIM Environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 1,400,000.00 - 1,800,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 hidden_mobile Application Deadline: 27/03/2024 Expected Start Date: 29/03/2024
