Job Description We are looking for an experienced Configuration Control Manager to join our Engineering team in Ceragon. As a Configuration Control Manager, you will be responsible for managing the configuration and change control processes for all engineering-related products, software, and systems. Responsibilities: Develop and implement Configuration Management Plans and Procedures for all Engineering related products and systems. Manage the configuration and change control processes, including version control, baseline control, and release management. Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Quality, and R&D, to identify and resolve configuration issues and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain accurate configuration documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, bills of materials, and configuration. status accounting records. Ensure the integrity of the configuration management database (PDM) and the accuracy of the configuration item data. Provide training and guidance to team members on configuration management processes and procedures. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in Configuration Control Management, preferably in the Telecom industry. Familiarity with Configuration Management tools and software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
