Job Summary: As the Data Analyst Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team of data analysts to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire data analysis process, from data collection and cleaning to analysis and reporting. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of data analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Set clear goals and expectations for the team and ensure they are met. Data Analysis: Lead and participate in the analysis of large and complex datasets. Develop and implement effective data analysis strategies. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project. requirements. Track and report on project progress to stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices. Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of data analysis outputs. Implement improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency. Communication: Effectively communicate insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (4-5 years) as a data analyst, with a track record of successful project management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences.
