Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Business Development Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients, expanding existing accounts, and developing strategic partnerships in the contact center industry. The Contact Center Business Development Head will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing our market presence. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the contact center industry. Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, including C-level executives and senior management. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities. Lead the development of compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Collaborate with internal. teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful execution of client engagements. Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, maximizing revenue and profitability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional customer value. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform business strategy and decision-making. Knowledge and Experience: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and partners. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving business impact. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Experience : 7 + Yrs Salary : As per the industry standards Location : Bangalore
