Roles and Responsibilities (Along with Skills Required) : Responsibilities Hands-on Lead end-to-end data engineering initiatives, from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and deployment. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, data challenges, and technical requirements, and translate them into effective data engineering strategies. Experience in scalable and robust data pipelines, data integration solutions, and data warehouses that ensure the availability, reliability, and accessibility of crucial business insights. Provide technical lead in data engineering requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Perform in-depth data system diagnostics to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization. Understanding of the data quality. security, and compliance with relevant regulations while handling data Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in data engineering and apply that knowledge to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in data engineering with a focus on designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and systems. Proven expertise in data system diagnostics, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in using data engineering tools and technologies such as [List relevant technologies, e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, SQL, NoSQL databases]. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Experience with cloud platforms and their data services. Prior experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a demonstrated ability to drive project success and mentorship. Basic knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Certifications in data engineering, cloud platforms, or related areas.
