- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge in MS Office, expertise in Excel & PowerPoint required
- Understanding training requirements as per client/team needs
- Searching Trainer profiles
- Evaluate Trainer Profiles
- Discuss & Negotiate with the trainers
- Arrange discussions between trainer & clients to set the objective & expectation of the trainings
- Editing or Updating Contents in given template or PPT
- Ensure training delivery happenes seamlessly start to end
- Training Monitoring & preparing reports
