The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs for the sales team, assessing the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to increase sales productivity and revenue generation. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales training and management Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with training software and learning management systems (LMS) Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead through influence As a plus: Experience with coaching and mentoring sales teams Language Proficiency in Telugu and English
