Job Description

Position Purpose This Position will lead the MTO Sales Business which sells premium education courses for SK education. Position will manage MTO manager and Senior MTO EC team and drive sales and acquire new customers through direct sales and upsell model which will be done Online/Offline both. Person responsible must be dynamic who can grow and transform the business across India with innovation, planning and proper execution. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Lead, grow and coach the business development of education counselling team with great leadership and culture of performance. Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and carer development to members of the team. Daily monitoring of Leads, calling, closure, follow up and driving the team on day-to-day basis. Training them team on new challenges and prepare them for getting efficiency. Make a business plan for the year, quarter and month and execute it along with MTO manager. Manage day to day business by. meeting team and reviewing the performance on a periodic basis to ensure sales plan and budget is achieved. Work closely with the team to uncover and identify growth opportunities via understanding clients business models and objectives. Prepare format of MIS to monitor business on day-to-day functioning and ensuring the entire sales funnel is intact and result is met. Contributing Responsibilities Recruit, Train and mentor the team towards the objective of the organisation. Help the MTO manager to drive business by studying client behaviour and market response. Coordinate with MTO Instructor team to exchange feedback and ideas between MTO team and Instructor team to run smooth sales operation. Ensure at any given point compliance policies are not compromised. Driving referral business through sales team. Ensuring all data is given to Central MIS team on time . Technical & Behavioural Competencies Must be resilient and well versed with Sales management. Must know how to handle sales pressure and ensure it is taken in positive way. Must equip basic knowledge of Excel and PPT and Word which is required at senior level. Must respect colleagues with whom he is working and behave in complete professional way with entire team. Knowledge of Stock market will be added advantage. Must have worked in Direct sales himself at frontline and managed managers in his earlier role. Must have sold products and services to HNI clients or must have sold high ticket size products
