Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales Training Development. The Director of Sales Training Development will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive sales training programs. They will work closely with sales teams to identify training needs, design and develop training courses, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Qualifications Experience in Training & Development, Sales Trainings, and Instructional Design Expertise in sales and experience. managing a sales team Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training programs Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include project management experience, knowledge of adult learning principles, and experience in the non-profit sector
