Job Description
Leading Micro Finance is looking for Training Manager for its corporate office at Hyderabad.
Education : Candidate should be a graduate with at least 6-8 years of Training experience in Micro Finance, NBFC or Insurance.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Should be able to co ordinate with Sales/ Business and prepare Training Content/ schedule for the company products.
- Should have the knowledge about Loan Products.
- Should be familiar with NBFC / MFI / Loan Products.
- Should be able to plan training Calender.
- Willing to travel.
Immediate Joiner are preferred.
