Conducting Inductions, Certifications & other Need based Training Program
To do TNI and TNA as per past performance data and create individual as well as teams based Learning path that addresses organizations goals and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of adult learning principles and Training methodologies
Will be responsible for initial Handholding of new Sales team members and is expected to mentor, counsel, coach and take them on joint calls and do OJTs
Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report them
Plan and implement Training calendar and support regional learning requirements
Support the regional teams in their knowledge and skill upgradation through various means
Completely aligned to Organizational Goals and requirements and dedicated to contribute and drive Organizational Learning initiatives.
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as per requirements
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Will be required to travel around 10-15 days a month
Requirements: -
Proven work experience as a training manager
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Excellent track of positive impacts and outcomes of Training programs designed and delivered in previous assignments
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Good Computers, MS Office especially Power Point, Analytics and Data skills
