Dear Candidate,Greeting of the day Job description Coordinating and supporting end-to-end process of training programs. Coordinating training programs - schedule of training, including facilities allocation, materials and pre- and post-work communication, and post-session evaluations. Coordinating with vendors, external trainers for scheduling trainings. Coordinating with the recruitment/BHR team for new Joiners across the group. Maintaining Trainings costs and analysis. Preparing Dashboards & Analytics for Training. Having understanding of HRMS/LMS system. Would prefer if the candidate has done at least 1 implementation cycle. Coordinating between vendors and internal stakeholders for Module deployment. Maintaining the project tracker and analysis. System UAT & Implementation. Mumbai,Borivali Regards Team HR
