Job Description
This role is a strategic recruitment and project coordination position within the HR team, primarily focused on sourcing, evaluating, and managing high-level Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for complex digital learning projects. The incumbent will act as a bridge between technical project requirements and external talent vendors, ensuring seamless onboarding and communication across all stakeholders.
Role Overview
The Senior Executive - HR is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle of specialized SMEs and contractors for global clients. This involves translating complex technical project needs into actionable job descriptions, managing vendor relationships, and facilitating the technical evaluation process to maintain aggressive project timelines.
Strategic Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sourcing & Selection: Lead the sourcing and evaluation of SMEs across diverse domains.
- Project Orchestration: Partner with Instructional Designers (IDs) and Project Managers to suggest improvements to content flow and real-world demonstrations based on technical feasibility.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for staffing vendors, managing profile submissions, tracking candidate status, and ensuring aligned communication across internal teams.
- Recruitment Operations: Manage account-specific recruitment data and maintain accurate tracking of project status.
- Interviewer Coordination: Conduct or facilitate technical interviews, balancing the need for hands-on technical navigation against conceptual familiarity to identify top-tier practitioners.
- Agile Problem Solving: Proactively resolve delivery constraints, such as sandbox environment limitations or changing project scopes, by recommending alternative demonstration approaches.I have removed it
Required Experience & Skill Set
- Domain Expertise: 35 years of experience in technical recruitment, HR operations, or project coordination within the eLearning or IT services industry.
- Executive Vocabulary & Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical architectures and workflows into clear frameworks for non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools & Platforms:
- Proficiency in recruitment tracking tools.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Awareness of modern AI tools (Claude, Perplexity, Cursor etc) to assist in workflow automation and JD creation.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, executive-level presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under shifting coordination needs.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: AI-assisted recruitment strategies.
