Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically in medical coding hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for medical coding and healthcare-related roles while ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and medical coding positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coding specialties.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage bulk hiring for certified and non-certified medical coders.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer rollout, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring targets.
- Partner with operations and department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Stay updated with healthcare hiring trends, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare and medical coding recruitment.
- Knowledge of medical coding specialties such as HCC, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
- Familiarity with certifications like CPC, CCS, COC, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using job portals and ATS platforms.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in domestic or international healthcare hiring preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Hiring for specialties such as Radiology, Surgery, E&M, Denials, HCC coding, or Risk Adjustment.
- Experience in volume hiring for healthcare BPO/KPO environments.
