Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our growth and partnerships team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and partnership management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through partnerships and collaborations.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and collaborators.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and partnership management, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and industry trends, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
