We are hiring for an Regional Sales Manager for Vijayawada Location

Experience: 8 - 15 years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:-

• Lead and manage the sales team in the assigned region (Vijayawada and surrounding areas).
• Drive prescription generation through effective doctor coverage and relationship building.
• Achieve regional sales targets and ensure product-wise growth in the territory.
• Identify market opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies accordingly.
• Monitor team performance through regular fieldwork and feedback.
• Conduct training, coaching, and development programs for the field force.
• Maintain strong coordination with distributors and stockists to ensure availability and timely delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting norms, and CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Science/Pharmacy; MBA (preferred).
• 8-12 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Vijayawada pharmaceutical market and key stakeholders.
• Proven track record of team management and business development.
