Calling the customer after their hub visit, quoting the price and handling any negotiations in order to make the sale.
Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey
Managing payments and maintaining a detailed report
Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
