With a strong legacy in automotive journalism and a fast-growing digital ecosystem, Autocar is now building an end-to-end assisted car buying platform, enabling customers to discover, compare, and book cars seamlessly through a trusted dealer network.

Objective

Manage end-to-end customer interactions across the car buying journey, including lead handling, conversion, appointment scheduling, booking, and delivery coordination. The role focuses on driving sales conversions, ensuring seamless customer experience, resolving queries across multiple channels, and maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Call new car intent leads within defined SLAs

Understand customer requirements (Make, Model, Variant, City, timeline, finance, exchange)

  • Recommend suitable car options, explain pricing, offers, and overall value proposition
  • Drive conversions from leads to bookings and schedule appointments where required

Manage end-to-end customer journeys from initial inquiry to final delivery

Assist customers with booking, documentation, payments, and process clarity

  • Provide timely updates on order status, documentation, and delivery timelines
  • Handle customer queries across calls, email, and chat with accuracy and consistency
  • Resolve customer concerns, objections, and escalations with ownership and empathy

Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through professional and consultative communication

  • Maintain strong follow-ups to maximize conversions and reduce drop-offs
  • Adhere to defined processes, SOPs, quality standards, and SLAs

Maintain accurate and complete CRM records for all interactions, leads, and transactions

Track and manage leads, bookings, appointments, and follow-ups effectively

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution and delivery experience

Handle multi-channel interactions efficiently while maintaining response quality

Achieve assigned targets related to conversions, appointments, and customer experience metrics
