Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee the successful management and execution of staffing programs for one of our prestigious consumer electronics clients.

This role will be based in Delhi and will involve overseeing pan-India retail operations, visual merchandising, promoter training, induction processes, and ensuring the alignment of staffing solutions with the clients strategic goals.

The Program Manager will serve as the key point of contact between the staffing company and the client, ensuring that all retail programs run smoothly and efficiently

Program Management & Client Coordination:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of the staffing program for the client (consumer electronics brand) across pan-India.

Retail Operations Management:

• Oversee retail operations and ensure that retail teams are deployed and performing as per the clients standards across various locations in Delhi and other regions.

• Track promoter performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
