Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Core HR + HR Operations)
Location - NoidaBudget - up to 30K CTC Per Month (3.6 LPA)Experience - 2 to 3 YearsFemale Candidate Only.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR operations. This role is primarily focused on talent acquisition (around 80%) with additional responsibilities in HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and documentation (around 20%).Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview processes
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate)

2. HR Operations (20%)

  • Support onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
  • Coordinate with payroll and other HR functions as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 14 years of experience in recruitment + basic HR operations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HRMS and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
