Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in software hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various software engineering positions across different technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for software engineering and technology roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs.
  
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
  
• Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments.
  
• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS systems.
  
• Handle offer discussions and candidate closures.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with focus on software hiring.
  
• Experience hiring for roles such as Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, QA Automation, and Data Engineers.
  
• Understanding of software technologies, development roles, and SDLC.
  
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar sourcing platforms.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
