Job Description:
We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters who can work independently on technical and leadership hiring mandates. Recruiters with strong sourcing skills, access to their own database/job portals (Naukri preferred), and quick turnaround capability are highly preferred.
The recruiter should be capable of delivering quality profiles within 24 hours of requirement sharing.
This opportunity is ideal for freelance recruiters seeking high earning potential through a commission-based model while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and internal database
- Deliver relevant profiles within defined TAT
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Work on multiple IT and occasional Non-IT requirements
- Manage leadership and niche hiring mandates
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong technical hiring experience mandatory
- Access to sourcing tools/databases preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong closure and follow-up skills
Compensation:
- Attractive commission payout: 10% to 30% on invoice value (depends on requirement)
OR - Fixed monthly salary opportunity after 3 months for regular performers
Additional Information:
- 20-40+ active requirements
- Salary range: 5 LPA to 60 LPA
- Recruiters can work simultaneously with other clients
