Position: US IT Recruiter (Immediate Joiner)

Experience Level: 4 to 8 Years

Location: 100 feet road, Madhapur, Hyderabad

Work Timings: Purely Night Shifts (6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST)

Experience Required:
48 years of experience in End-to-End US IT Recruitment
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter
Experience working with State Clients / State Government requirements
Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, networking, social media)
Working experience with job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Experience handling direct clients and state clients
