Job Description

Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Working Hours: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST.

Key Requirement:
Looking for Bench Sales candidates with strong prime vendor contacts and relationships in US IT staffing.

Preferred Experience:

35 years in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
Proven experience with H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and USC consultants marketing.
Existing network with prime vendors, Tier-1 vendors, and direct clients
Strong track record in submissions, interviews, and closures
Good understanding of US Tax terms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
