Job Description
Key Requirements:
Candidates must be from Staffing background only
Must have experience supporting Technical Requirements
Hands-on experience in Tech Hiring and Stakeholder Management
Experience in Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent Hiring is mandatory
Candidates should have a stable career background
Candidates should not have major career gaps
Candidates should be available to join within 10 days
responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical requirements
Source candidates through portals, references, and networking
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and business requirements
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Work closely with stakeholders/hiring managers for requirement understanding and closure
Handle Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent hiring
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
Ensure good candidate experience throughout the hiring process
