Designation : Senior Manager - Sales
Office Location: Gurgaon
Position Description:
Were looking for a salesperson, someone with prior 2/4 years AdTech sales experience will be an add on. The person will be actively involved in hunting for fresh business, leads and accounts for the gaming vertical. Additionally, the accounts/clients brought on board will be harnessed and serviced by this individual as well, along with the senior folks in the team who will help, guide, and assist with both the closures and servicing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Figure out the right set of clients to go after/ Proactively seek new biz opportunities gaming clients primarily in India, as well as internationally, geo being no major bar
- Connect with prospects through cold calls, emails, social messaging, and videos to generate meetings
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Preparation of deck/ proposal, organize the product demo, and present to the prospects
- Continuously innovate on new ways to reach decision-makers of target accounts
- Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
- 6 - 8 years of work experience in sales for India market in Ad-tech domain
- A clear understanding of the Ad-tech Market and having good connects in the industry
- Understanding of the biddable ecosystem
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Track record of achieving monthly quotas
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience using CRMs
