Were Hiring: Sales Leader SAP QCoE & Enterprise QA Services
Location: India / UAE / Remote (Global Sales Focus)
Experience: 815 Years (Min. 5+ years in SAP Sales) At Thought Frameworks, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to drive growth across our SAP QCoE (Quality Center of Excellence) and enterprise QA services portfolio.
This is a high-impact role focused on enterprise client acquisition, strategic selling, and driving QA transformation initiatives across SAP and ERP ecosystems. What Youll Do
Enterprise Sales & Business Development
Acquire new enterprise clients across SAP, S/4HANA & ERP landscapes
Build CXO-level relationships (CIO, CTO, QA Heads)
Drive complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
SAP QCoE Solution Selling
Position QCoE as a transformation initiative, not just testing
Drive conversations around S/4HANA (Greenfield / Brownfield / Bluefield)
Enable zero-defect, high-quality releases within 2160 days
Strategic Partnerships
Collaborate with partners like SAP and Tricentis
Build joint GTM strategies and leverage client success stories
Proposal & Deal Closure
Lead RFPs, pricing, and commercial negotiations
Close large, multi-year enterprise deals
Thought Leadership
Stay ahead on trends like S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, AI in QA
Represent us in industry forums and CXO discussions What Were Looking For
5+ years in SAP sales (mandatory)
8+ years in enterprise IT / consulting sales
Proven track record in hunting & closing enterprise deals
Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem & QA/Testing (preferred) Why Join Us?
