About the Role

Were building and growing our hyperlocal (on-demand) logistics business within Delhivery, and are for someone who can take ownership from day zero acquiring customers, shaping the GTM motion, and building a repeatable revenue engine.

You will operate as a full-stack sales owner from identifying opportunities within SMEs and enterprises to closing deals and ensuring long-term account success. The role requires a mix of hunting (acquisition) and farming (growth & retention), with a strong bias toward building from scratch.


What Youll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting pitching closing account growth
  • Acquire and onboard SMEs and enterprise customers onto Delhiverys hyperlocal logistics platform
  • Build a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, partnerships, and market mapping
  • Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless fulfillment experience for customers while providing top-notch customer assistance
  • Drive account expansion and retention, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer supply chains and last-mile needs
  • Contribute to GTM strategy, pricing inputs, and product feedback as an early member of the business
  • Lay the foundation for scaling this business line and becoming a trusted + reliable logistics partner for our customers

Who Were Looking For

  • 45 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on acquisition-led roles
  • Prior experience in logistics, on-demand delivery, or supply chain platforms
  • Strong exposure to both SME and enterprise sales
  • Hands-on experience with solution selling (not just transactional sales)
  • High ownership mindset comfortable operating in 0-1 environments
  • Strong understanding of last-mile logistics, fulfillment challenges, and operational nuances
