Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to drive business growth in Manufacturing Software Solutions. The role involves selling digital engineering and manufacturing solutions to clients across automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, and discrete manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for manufacturing software solutions including CAD, CAM, CAE, MES, and PLM
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in target industries
  • Engage with key stakeholders such as Plant Heads, Engineering Managers, and CIOs
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital transformation solutions
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI-based value propositions
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for demos, PoCs, and solutioning
  • Achieve revenue targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Track sales activities, forecasts, and reporting through CRM tools
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / MBA (preferred)
  • 510 years of experience in manufacturing software or engineering solutions sales
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and digital engineering workflows
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales

Preferred Experience (Tools & Solutions)

  • CAD: Siemens NX, SolidWorks, CATIA
  • CAM: Mastercam
  • PLM: Teamcenter
  • MES: Siemens Opcenter
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing concepts
