Job Description

Objective:


To achieve sales growth and market expansion for the cables division in Chennai Through strategic planning, key account management and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop, execute, and monitor strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets.
  • Client Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize business strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Ensure in-depth understanding of the companys cable products to effectively position them in the market.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Experience & Qualification:


  • 06+ years of sales experience in the selling of Industrial Products. Experience of Cables sales will be added advantage.
  • B.E (Electrical) is preferred; Postgraduate in Management (MBA/PDGM/PGP) preferred
