Job Description

• Looking for BDE with 2-5 years experience in international domains
• Qualification: BBA/MBA/BE/B
• Tech/MCA
• Responsibilities: Engage with leads and convert to business opportunities; independently schedule client calls, meetings and presentations; draft, review and manage SOWs, proposals, and contracts; collaborate with internal teams; generate qualified leads via research, networking, cold calling; maintain and optimize CRM; build long-term client relationships; prepare sales activity reports; conduct market research
• Requirements: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; strong understanding of IT services; proven experience in client acquisition and proposal writing; hands-on experience with CRM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce); experience in outbound/inside sales
• Good to Have: Experience with US/UK/Middle East clients; knowledge of Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; basic SEO/digital marketing knowledge
