Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-4 years of experience in field recruitment or related field (Bulk Hiring, Field HR).
Strong understanding of mass recruitment techniques for efficient volume hiring.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients/hiring managers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
