Key Responsibilities:
Drive towards activating and engaging Decision Making Influencers
Lead, mentor, and manage team to effectively deploy market enablers towards sales
Drive market expansion by onboarding new customers, channels, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, developers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing structures, and demand dynamics.
Monitor and Review performance metrices
Travel extensively per business requirements
Preferred candidate profile
Extensive experience in trade marketing / marketing within the building material industry.
Marketing Initiatives for generating market demand.
Proven ability to manage large teams and state level sales operations.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with modern sales technologies and digital tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
High level of ownership, integrity, and business acumen.
