AWS Cloud Support Engineer (Malaysia Only)

Role Purpose
The AWS Cloud Support Engineer provides hands-on support for cloud environments, primarily AWS, assisting in migration, operations, and separation/divestment activities within enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AWS cloud services including compute, storage, networking, and managed databases.
• Assist in cloud migration, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support identity and access management activities and security configurations.
• Participate in separation/divestment tasks including account/subscription transitions and cutover support.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and vendors.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and status reporting.

Required Experience

• 23 years of experience in AWS cloud support or operations.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, data services, and IAM concepts.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

This role is open only to candidates based in Malaysia. Relocation is not supported, and applications from outside Malaysia (including India) will not be considered
