Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware issues in desktops and laptops (RAM, HDD/SSD, peripherals)
Install and configure printers and scanners
Handle basic printer/scanner troubleshooting
Configure and resolve basic network issues (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi)
Basic understanding of routers, switches, and network infrastructure
