Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Candidate should be available for 24 * 7 environment & should join on Immediate basis


Ticket Management:

  • Prioritize and resolve IT support tickets as per SLA guidelines.
  • Classify incidents based on priority and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues for secure remote access.
  • Assist with Outlook configuration, including email setup, PST, and OST file management.
  • Resolve issues related to MS Office Suite and ensure smooth functionality.
  • Manage Active Directory (AD) tasks such as user account creation, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Configure and troubleshoot domain and workgroup settings for user authentication.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including RAM upgrades and replacements.

User Support & Training:

  • Provide remote and on-site support to bank employees for IT-related issues.
  • Assist in educating users on best practices for email security, VPN usage, and system optimization.
  • Provide support for Outlook & mail configuration, ensuring seamless email communication.
  • Assist users in resolving hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, & peripherals.

Network & System Administration:

  • Configure & manage Active Directory (AD), handling user authentication, group policies, & permissions.
  • Perform network printer configuration, including troubleshooting printer connectivity issues.
  • Understand & manage Domain vs. Workgroup setups based on organizational needs.
  • Manage DHCP settings to dynamically assign IP addresses to devices.

Cloud & Licensing Management:

  • Understand the difference between O365 & M365, assisting in cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Manage O365 licenses, ensuring compliance & proper allocation of resources.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Written and oral fluency in English.
  • Relieving & Experience Letters of all the previous organizations worked with.
  • Candidate must have completed Degree from UGC/AICTE approved University.
  • Notice Period Immediate or less than 15days
