We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting HR operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our workforce. The ideal candidate should bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging talent.

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Foster strong relationships with candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring data confidentiality.

• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees alongside the management team.

• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support organizational goals and promote a positive work environment.

• The candidate should have a master s degree in human resources or a similar degree.

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.

• Must possess excellent communication and people management skills.

• Good Listening and decision making skills

• Good attention to detail

• A decent understanding of the basics of HR.
